Our Story

I was learning in the beis midrash when Hashem brought this to me...

I was learning in a collel that was supported by a business who wanted the merit having lomdei Torah in their office.  Yes, the beis midrash was in the middle of their office space, sending a kol Torah throughout the premises.

One of the interesting things about this collel was that the Israeli government supported it (or, at least, they claimed they would).  One of their conditions for supporting the collel was that we  produce something “useful” to the business.  My friend challenged me to take this charge serioulsy, and to think outside the box.

What emerged was a series of animations that taught the  laws we were learning in a way that was entertaining.  This way, busy employees who were taking a break wouldn’t have to fight their yetzer hara in order to fill that time with learning Torah.

The collel no longer exists, but I continue to make animations with the belief that they can bring Torah learning and awareness to a wide range of people who otherwise might not be interested.

While we’re at it, we also want to help others bring their “chalek” in Torah to a wider audience.
